The hotel was NEWLY REMODELLED and trendy boutique, and the staff were responsive, loved the awesome location short walk to the business offices and the centre and fancy restaurants. Cozy, incredible room with a decent breakfast included in the price. Generally everything was great, but the bathroom was not clean. Excellent food at the outdoor restaurant. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Houston district.

Comfortable place for celebrating anniversary, recommended. We liked the comforts of this road hotel. The staff was efficient and made our stay perfectly pleasant. Early check-in too. The outdoor restaurant was good with variety of meals in the menu.
